Headquartered in Baldwin County, we are licensed to operate in Alabama, Louisiana, and 14 other states. Think of us as your Southeast investigative firm.

Our agency is connected to a network of former Department of Justice Agents and Attorneys. Specializing in civil litigation, corporate investigations, and criminal defense, we use modern investigative techniques including forensic accounting, undercover operations, surveillance, skip trace, background checks, and computer forensics to bring the truth to light.

Our founder and investigative lead, Ketrick Kelley, is a retired FBI Special Agent and adjunct FBI Academy professor. Kelley is a licensed private investigator, apprentice sponsor, and certified trainer through the Alabama Private Investigative Board.

Ketrick Kelley

Ketrick Kelley is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Police Officer with the City of Mobile, AL. With over 30 years of experience, including being a former Adjunct Professor for the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, Ketrick is well versed in all aspects of investigative operations. He has also been utilized as an Expert Witness by the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Alabama. Ketrick is a graduate from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Public Safety Administration from the College of Continuing Education.

During tenure with the FBI, Ketrick’s other collateral duties included being an FBI Training Agent (New Agent’s Mentoring Program), FBI Relief Supervisor, FBI Bank Robbery Coordinator, Joint Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (JCARD) team member, FBI Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team member (Operator and Sniper), United States Attorney General Protection Detail (Doha, Qatar), and FBI Special Operations Group (SOG) team member (Surveillance).

Ketrick is a contracted virtual Information Security Officer (vISO) for a national insurance company, several national mortgage companies, and a regional real estate company. He holds the following cyber security certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM – cert ID #1947616) and Security+ CE (SYO-601 – cert ID # COMP001021840259).

Ketrick is a licensed private investigator in Alabama (#926) and in Louisiana (#10515-012925-LA), and the owner of ketWork Investigations, LLC. ketWork specializes in contract investigations, internal inquires, and cyber security consulting.

Tobi Libbra

Tobi Libbra is the Chief Operations Officer and private investigator for ketWork Investigations and CEO of sister company 459 Consulting LLC. Tobi is licensed with the State of Alabama (License #1031) focusing on corporate cases from internal investigations, fraud, large scale racketeering, undercover operations, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. She is also a Certified Master Coach for corporate executives and large-scale production and operations staff. Tobi is certified in Cyber Risk Management (CyRM) and has held positions on several national boards.

Tobi was an executive leader in the real estate finance industry for over 20 years, a national speaker and Cyber Security educator along with sales and leadership coaching and strategic growth. Tobi owned and operated an independent real estate agency for 13 years before switching over to the finance side of the industry and providing cyber awareness training, prevention, and remediation services for the last several years. Tobi was the co-director, along with Ketrick Kelley, who built from the ground, up a Cyber Security division for a national Insurance provider who operated in all 50 states with a large banking and finance driven clientele.

Tonja Hill

Tonja Hill, is a retired FBI Supervisor Special Agent with over 21 years investigative experience, including being a former Adjunct Professor for the FBI, Firearms Instructor, Crisis Negotiator, and Crisis Management Coordinator. Over the span of her career, Tonja developed expertise in investigating white collar crimes, such as mortgage fraud, money laundering, healthcare fraud, and other complex financial crime matters; Sensitive and complex public corruption matters often times involving elected public officials such as mayors and legislators, and government employees such as insurance commissioners and law enforcement; Violent crimes and crimes against children, transnational organized crime, and violent gangs; Cyber-crimes and cyber enabled frauds and scams crimes.

Prior to joining the FBI, Tonja graduated with a B.A. from the University of Oregon and worked as a Certified Public Accountant and Audit Manager at KPMG LLP. Her clients ranged from large municipalities and multi-billion dollar public and privately held companies.

In 2025, Tonja was featured as the lead investigator in Southern Fried Lies, an Oxygen True Crime Special based in Camden, Arkansas.

Trent Bordenkircher is a cyber security expert from Daphne Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Management Information Systems. After working as a business analyst for the University of Alabama, he concentrated on acquiring his Masters of Cybersecurity at the University of Dallas.

With over 7 plus years of experience in Security practices, Trent is well versed in pen testing, network design, risk assessments, vulnerability testing, making group policies, improving access controls, and training employees.

Working with Cyber Forensics 360, Trent has trained hundreds of law enforcement agents on forensic analysis using comprehensive analytic tools.

Trent has worked extensively with detecting, monitoring, and mitigating threats in a SOC environment with his previous employer Business information Solutions (BIS). He has a comprehensive knowledge of important security trends, viruses, malware detection software, and endpoint management. Working with BIS, Trent was able to expand his security knowledge, use his communication skills to talk through requirements with clients, and create written policies for disaster recovery.
